Since I re-watched They Must Die! last year I thought I wouldn't imagine seeing a semi-pornographic film again as well as being surprised to see that All About Anna is in the Letterboxd database since high content films are not listed on the site. All About Anna acts as a poor man's (in this case, woman's) von Trier with unsimulated sexuality. Poorly acted (minus Ovidie), written, and directed, with its pale Dogma 95-esque filmmaking. Found it really hard for me to care about the story and characters.

There’s absolutely nothing here. The acting is awful, especially from one of Anna’s boyfriends; I’ve seen far more convincing line delivery in Brazzers scenes. This is sold as an adult romantic drama, it should be about a character’s journey while not shying away from real sex.
However, both facets of it fall completely flat. The sex scenes are less erotic than ones found in softcore films, to the point its laughably redundant that they even bother to show real genitalia. But its the supposed plot that is the real stinker, as this doesn’t give Anna any agency or powerful growth.
Its literally all about her being a bit sad until she gets her perfect boyfriend back (who actually is not…

For 2005, its really a good movie for low budget mainstream tv movie. the direction and acting is very bad. it seems like it made from VHS recorder. and they didnt edit or add some filters or any effort to make the film presentable.
this film in top 10 listed in porn sites under " celebrity or unsimulated sex scene in mainstream " .
anyhow, the plot is nothing new, its same old . the only thing why this movie is kinda famous because of its sex scenes.
